Terry is amazing. We didn't make her job very easy asking her to schedule and organize all of the details on her own. We currently live in Alaska and had to buy sight-unseen. She was extremely kind and willing to go the extra mile to do a video walk-through of the house and orchestrate all of the details while juggling the time difference. She willing accepted our off-hour phone calls and text messages to keep us posted at every turn. She was very honest and upfront with any and every concern we had.
